My experience was Great! My exterminator was timely and acted in a professional manner. He listened very carefully to my pest issues and explained his plan for execution well before starting. He baited my home for ants that began to really take over the morning that the arrived for the first time in 5 years. He found the colony/nest in my backyard and by the next morning you couldn't even find one. I also had him to spray for roaches and he even went down under my crawl space and sprayed, which was difficult because he is 6' 8" tall. I am impressed!!!
