I have been using Pro Pacific as a bi-monthly service for bugs. I live in a rural area and we get tons of spiders, scorpions, silverfish, ants, etc. Today (10/12/14) Michael came out and sprayed. I told him we have been having trouble with extra bugs and he sprayed extra, turned furniture, cob webbed. He went above and beyond. These guys have always come out within 2 days if I call and complain about any issues. They spray the inside for free. I have really enjoyed their service and would recommend to anyone. Michael is the best tech we have had sent out; super friendly and very professional!! The lady that answers phone calls is always super nice, too.
Thank you to your professional staff at Pro Pacific. We had a bee problem, in my upstairs dormer. Had Best Bees come out . Had them spray the bees and honeycomb. $500 later and the next day, the bees were back. Was told I had 30 day warranty. Called them back Jeff told me this is a courtesy to respray. What? Then I asked for a quote. Was quoted $1,899.00. We called Pro Pacific and Chaz came out, very Professional. Quoted us $600.00. I wished I would've called them first. Not impressed with Best Bees. I will definitely refer Pro Pacific to my friends.
