The experience was first rate all around. My first call was responded to promptly and a technician was dispatched to see what we needed to quell the swarms of ants. Ricky did a great job of locating nests and pathways, treating them, and then dealing with ant incursions into the house. We have not seen an ant in the house since the day he was here. Finally, Candy called to follow up and make certain we are fully satisfied, and to remind us that we could call for another visit if the ants turn up again. It is good to know that very responsive people are available if the ants do a repeat appearance.
I called for the service because of roaches in the back yard. By the time I came home, the technician had already treated the outside of my house for roaches, ants, spiders, hornets and other bugs. He walked me around the house and fully explained what he did. As we walked around the house, I did not see any living thing. I would recommend his service.
