I called because bees came down my chimney and started building a hive on my fireplace glass screen. I called several bee control companies but Pro Pacific was the only company that could come on the same day. I did not want to spend another day with bees. The tech came and assessed the situation. He said that he could remove them alive, but he would have to come back for that. A neighbor offered to remove (alive) the bees from the fireplace and the Pro Pacific tech waited for him to get his equipment and suck them up. So half of the bees were saved. Then the Pro Pacific tech got to work. He treated the fireplace then climbed up on the roof and treated the chimney. Bee problem solved. Pro Pacific was professional and efficient. I would defiantly use them again.
