Scheduling of appointments and actual service calls were nicely organized. The reps on the phone were courteous and helpful. Automated reminder call the day before a visit, a nice touch. Pro Pacific removed some birds’ nests in our eaves and installed new wire screens to prevent return. They also treated for pocket gophers for 4 successive weeks. No gopher activity.
