Luis was the service technician that came to my home yesterday. He was very friendly, professional, and approachable. The first thing he asked was whether I've been seeing any increase in pests and explained why I may have been seeing an occurrence of spiders, ants, and earwigs in the usual areas for the past few weeks. He also reminded me that if I am seeing a lot of spiders around my home that I can call and have a technician come out sooner. Luis was very thorough in explaining how he was planning on tackling the outside and garage of my home. After the treatment was complete, he provided a thorough summary of what he did and the areas where he sprayed extra due to seeing an increase in ant activity. Luis did an amazing job and I am very happy with his service. Upon looking in the usual areas, I've seen at least 2-3 dead spiders so I know the treatments are effective.

The initial visit was for ant infestation. After the initial visit, the ant problem was solved. There has been no recurrence of the ant issue. There were some minor silverfish, earwig and a few other pests but those also seem to have been taken care of. I am happy with the results.
