Although it took numerous attempts to get rid of the ants, we are still very pleased with Pro Pacific. We were able to get someone to come to our house quickly. We are given a window of time, but they always call us ahead of time (15 minutes) before they arrive. The guys who have been out to spray have all been friendly, punctual, and quick with the spraying. They did mention that they had never seen anything like this with the ants not dying right away, but we finally got them! We also like that the spray used inside is safe for our dog. Also, not only do they spray outside, but they also knock off spiderwebs and hornets nests if they see them around your home. I'd recommend Pro Pacific for your pest control needs.
After 3 quotes, I was lucky to find this company. They were the cheapest company and were the most professional. They came out exactly at the time scheduled unlike the other two bee removal companies. Ted was the technician that came out. He was knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. While other companies wanted $600+, Ted was honest and quoted $200. During the extermination he briefed me on bees and was a joy to work with. I can't say enough kind words about this company and Ted.
